DIPLOMATIC EXPERIENCE
Diplomatic experience abroad involves service in various sectors and roles before governmental bodies at the local, regional, or federal levels. My experience in Russia as the Honorary Consul of Spain in the Siberian Federal District, a position I held from 2014 until the end of 2024, enabled me to acquire and strengthen a comprehensive perspective on national interests and conflicting international dynamics, as well as to develop essential skills in negotiation, representation, and the management of intergovernmental relations. The main topic of the meeting with Acting Deputy Governor Elena Pakhomova was the discussion of bilateral cooperation in the field of higher technical education and participation in scientific projects, as well as the development of tourism.
PUTIN IN TECHNOPROM
The "Technoprom-2018" international forum is being held in Novosibirsk. Mr. Vladimir Putin visited it. The president also assessed the development of the Novosibirsk Scientific Center, met with foreign representatives concluded with a "Thank you!"
Diplomatic Accreditation
Diplomatic accreditation is the formal process by which a state officially recognizes a diplomatic agent as a representative of another state. This process involves presenting letters of credence to the head of state of the receiving country, certifying the diplomat's identity and rank, as well as their appointment by the issuing state.
REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE
My professional journey in real estate began in 1997, after completing my studies at the Complutense University and ESMA in Madrid. I started working under the direction of the first real estate agent and curator of the resort city of Benidorm, Lieutenant Colonel Mr. Emilio E. Ubago Mariño. Since then, I have worked for various Spanish developers, created my own brand, and successfully marketed properties in more than 15 European countries. I speak four languages fluently and hold a Master’s degree in Real Estate from the University of Alicante.

INTERNATIONAL TRADE EXPERIENCE
My professional career as an export promoter in various productive sectors of the Spanish economy began in 2008. I started by representing companies from the textile, footwear, ceramic, and marble sectors of the Valencian Community, in collaboration with ICEX. I have also promoted Spanish know-how technology in the aquaculture and meat sectors. I have attended over 30 industry trade fairs and specific events such as the Novosibirsk Wine Fair.
SALON RIOJA NSK
The professional wine exhibition for the famous Spanish wine region of Rioja was held in Novosibirsk. The exhibition was organized by the Regulatory Council of the DOCa Rioja (Spain). More than 300 specialists from the wine industry, retail, and hospitality sectors attended. The exhibition was attended by 32 wineries, including companies that already have an importer in Russia and wineries still looking for a partner in the Russian Federation.
